Yummy and Healthy: Seaweed Salad!

Ingredients:


Seaweed (miyeok)
Dressing: sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and soy sauce
Toppings: Sesame seeds, cucumbers, carrots, and scallions


Steps:


Rehydrated seaweed: Soaking in warm water for five to ten minutes, then drain.
Mix the dressing: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic.
Put Together: Combine the seaweed with your preferred vegetables and pour over the dressing.
Serve: Add sesame seeds as a garnish and savor!
